A long new laneway along the edge of a field, built high enough to stay dry above the flat farmland and wide enough for farm equipment.
The old steel culvert under this driveway had rusted out and the entrance was sinking every spring. We dug it out, bedded a new culvert at the right grade, backfilled with crushed stone and rebuilt the entrance so the ditch flows and the driveway holds up to traffic.
